Due to the recent fire at OVH's Strasbourg datacenter, we lost the primary server for Premium mail service (P100). The service performed as intended and switched to the secondary server at Gravelines, thereby avoiding any downtime.
Unfortunately, we're no longer able to provide an HA active-active redundant mail service at this time due to changes in our platform. We switched to a new mail system (NMS) last year around this time, but do not yet have the toolchain for providing an active-active redundant service.
We have refunded the latest invoice as credits to all affected customers. The service, in its current degraded state, will remain online until 29 June 2021, when it would be taken offline.
An equivalent product with 10 GB (or more) of email quota, albeit without active-active redundancy is available: Basic 10G.
Please migrate your existing domains and mailboxes to a new service before 29 June 2021. The new mail system has an auto-migration tool to help make the migration process much easier.
